空腔锚块式预应力闸墩结构受力性能试验研究

         

摘要

Since the design of gate pier is usually constrained by the stress condition at the neck, the prestress technique becomes an important measure to improve mechanical behavior of the large-sized arch gate pier. One of the most important problems is the anchor block' s structure characteristic and its effect on the stress condition at the neck. Through structure simulation model test, we investigated the variations of crack resistance at the neck and stress distribution in the anchor block caused by setting a cavity in the anchor block, and discussed the effect of hollow anchor block on the mechanical behavior of gate pier. The prestressed pier of Pushi River pumped storage power station was taken as a case study. The results showed that the design of the new type hollow anchor block could enhance the prestressed effect at the neck of the pier effectively, and improve the crack resistance of the neck%由于闸墩结构设计受颈部应力状态制约,预应力技术成为改善大型弧门闸墩结构受力性能的重要措施.锚块结构特征及其对颈部受力的影响是大型弧门闸墩结构设计时需要考虑的主要问题.利用结构仿真模型试验,以蒲石河电站排沙闸预应力闸墩为例,研究了锚块内设置空腔引起的颈部抗裂性能、锚块内应力分布的变化,讨论了空腔锚块对预应力闸墩结构受力性能的影响.试验结果表明,新型空腔式锚块设计方案能够有效地提高预应力闸墩颈部的预压效果,提高闸墩颈部抗裂性能.
