浅议衡量民族工作成效的重要标准——“四个有利于”标准的理论内涵及其意义

衡量民族工作成效的“四个有利于”标准，凸显了当前我国民族工作的科学发展观，其第一要义是“有利于国家统一和社会稳定”，核心是以“有利于民族平等团结进步”为本，基本要求是“有利于民族交往交流交融”，根本方法是以“有利于各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展”的“两个共同”的民族工作为主题，推动各民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展。这不仅具有深刻的马克思主义民族理论内涵，而且是对马克思主义民族理论在当代中国化的继承、发展和创新，尤其对今后我国民族工作具有十分重要的影响力。%To evaluate the performance by standards of "the four benefits" demonstrates clearly the applica-tion of Scientific Outlook on Development to China's nationalities work: the priority is "to be beneficial to national unification and social stability"; the core is "to be beneficial to ethnic equality, integration and progress"; the basic requirement is "to be beneficial to ethnic interaction and exchange"; the fundamental method is to take "being beneficial to make concerted efforts and to fulfill common prosperity" as the sub- ject so as to safeguard people of all nationalities to live together peacefully, overcome difficulties with the same goal and develop harmoniously. "The four benefits" imply the connotations of Marxist Ethnic Theory and are of great importance not only to the inheritance, development and innovation of Marxist Ethnic Theory, but also to the future successful nationalities work in China.
