BP神经网络在脑胶质瘤患者术后3年生存期预测中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨BP神经网络在脑胶质瘤患者术后3年生存期预测中的应用。方法根据收集到的70例脑胶质瘤患者的临床病理资料及随访所得信息，建立BP神经网络模型。结果 BP神经网络能够综合反映脑胶质瘤患者各项指标与术后3年生存期之间的关系。结论 BP神经网络可以为脑胶质瘤患者术后3年生存期预测提供新途径。%Objective To explore the application of back propagation ( BP) neural network to predict the 3-year survival overcome in patients with glioma.Methods Clinical and pathological data were collected from 70 patients with glioma to establish a model of BP neural network for prediction of 3-year survival.Results The model of BP neural network could comprehensively reflect the relationship between each index of the patients involved and the 3-year surviv-al overcomes.Conclusions BP neural network can provide new evidence for predicting the 3-years survival overcome in patients with glioma.
