BP神经网络预测肝癌患者生存期的研究

摘要

Objective　To predict the surival time of hepatoma patients.Method　The BP neural network method.Results　The network was set up and used to predict the survival time.For the training data,the contributing proportion of the predicting of the network is 86.85%,the mean error rate is 11.43%，for general data,those are 61.66% and 13.81% respectively.Conclusion　The BP neural network can be used to predict the survival time of hepatoma patients.It is preferable and should be used further.%目的预测肝癌患者的生存时间。方法采用BP神经网络方法。结果建立预测网络，预测肝癌患者的生存期，该网络的回代贡献率为86.85％，平均误差率为11.43%。网络的预测贡献率为61.66％，平均误差为13.81％。结论 BP神经网络预测肝癌患者的生存期效果较好，可进一步推广应用。
