论学习型党组织的构建

摘要

Building marxist political party is our party＇s strategic task that to adapt to the needs of the development of the time request.And a learning party construction should not only master marxist learning theory,the western learning organization theory,but also improve the learning ability of party members and cadres,build a strong primary party organization.The party member cadre the learning ability of mainly through ascension marxist theory study,business learning and theory and practice method.The construction of learning-oriented strong basic-level party organization depends on how to cope with personal learning and team learning,theoretical study and investigation,the people and the things,people and work,and other relations.No organization members the learning ability of ascension,there would be no learning the basic-level party organization＇s building,no subsystem the basic-level party organization＇s learning.%建设马克思主义学习型政党是我们党适应时代要求和发展的需要而提出的战略任务。而学习型政党的构建不仅要掌握马克思主义学习论,借鉴西方学习型组织理论,还要提升党员干部的学习力,构建坚强基层党组织。党员干部学习力的提升主要通过马克思主义理论学习、业务学习和理论与实际相结合的方法。学习型坚强基层党组织的构建则取决于如何处理个人学习与团队学习、理论学习与调查研究、人与事、人与工作等关系。没有组织成员学习力的提升,就不会有学习型基层党组织的构建,而没有子系统基层党组织的学习机制、学习氛围的形成,也不会有学习型政党的形成和发展。提升党员干部学习力是构建学习型基层党组织的最基本的要素,构建坚强基层党组织是构建马克思主义学习型政党最重要的基础。
