浅谈激励理论在大学班级管理中的借鉴

This paper analyses the psychological characteristics of students born after 1990 and the new problems in the management of college class and puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening the management of college class by borrowing the Hierarchy of Need Theory.%分析90后大学生的心理特点及当前大学班级管理中出现的新问题，借鉴“需要层次理论”．．提出加强大学班级管理的对策。
