唐代鱼类的用途探析

             

摘要

The use of fish in the tang dynasty was classified into types : for food, for medicine and for amusement.Fish for food was va-rious, including river and sea fish, enriching the people 's life.Fish for medicine had wide application, including curing disease and keeping longevity and beauty .Fish for amusement meant that fish could perfect sentiment , relax oneself and remove anxiety by observ -ing them and fishing them.%唐代鱼类的用途主要有三种:一是食用,唐代鱼肴品种繁多,既有河鲜,也有海鲜,极大地丰富了唐人的饮食生活;二是药用,在医学发达的唐朝,大量的鱼类用于治病防病,养生和美容,鱼药多样,用途广泛;三是观赏娱乐,唐代养鱼观赏、垂钓成为一种娱乐方式,既可以陶冶情操,放松心情,又可以排解心中的烦闷、忧愁。
