地方本科高校人才培养目标转型的探讨--以新余学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

With the development of modern vocational education in our country,a number of common colleges will be transformed to technology—based colleges. Talent training goal of colleges is a comprehensive reflection of the school positioning. Different positioning determines the target training. The paper discusses the training objectives of undergraduate mechanical engineering and automation ma—jor and the course transformation development in our school.%随着我国现代职业教育的发展，引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型大学转型势在必行。高校的人才培养目标是学校办学定位的综合反映，不同的定位决定了人才培养目标的不同。以新余学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例，探讨人才培养目标转型的问题。
