交互设计在中国已然是一门新兴的热门学科，但因为企业与学校双方在价值取向上有所差异，导致对交互设计人才培养标准的认识与需求有一定的偏差。以校企合作为切入点，提出基于校企互动式模式下的交互设计职业化教学的新思路，并以笔者的亲身实践出发，从课程设置、体系构建、教学运行和教学考核评价等方面探讨了在现有交互设计教学体系下如何进行有效的校企合作的职业化教学改革，探讨如何通过校企互动式教学平台有效地培养优秀人才与实现专业发展。%The interaction design is a popular discipline in China,but because of differences of the value orientation between enterprises and schools,they have different views on the interaction design talent training standards. This paper,taKing the school—enterprise co—operation as the starting point,puts forward new ideas of professional teaching based on school—enterprise interactive mode in interac—tion design. Based on the authorˊs own experience,it explores how to do effective school—enterprise cooperation in vocational teaching reform in terms of the curriculum,system construction,operation and teaching appraisal teaching and discusses how to effectively culti—vate talents and achieve professional development through school—enterprise interactive teaching platform.
