基于语言规划观的卢旺达语言政策历史演变分析

摘要

本文基于语言规划观分析了卢旺达语言政策的历史演变及影响因素，发现其语言政策具有很强的政治、经济功利性，在过分强调主流语言的过程中，造成了民族文化的流失。%This paper analyzes the historical evolution of language policy in Rwanda and its influential factors , and finds that Rwanda's language policy is strongly utilitarian in its economy and politics .The policy overemphasizes the dominant language , which leads to the loss of indigenous culture .
