采用湿法冶金处理技术研究了废旧镍氢电池正极材料中钴的最佳浸出条件。分别考察了酸的种类、酸的浓度、溶解时间和溶解温度对废旧镍氢电池正极材料中钴的浸出率的影响,研究结果表明:当采用硫酸作为溶剂,硫酸浓度为3 mol/L、溶解时间为4 h和溶解温度为70℃时,钴的浸出率最高,可达90%。通过加入过硫酸铵氧化剂的方法,将Co2+氧化成Co3+,调节体系pH值,形成氢氧化钴沉淀,并对沉淀物进行煅烧处理。利用XRD对回收产物进行表征,结果表明所得产物的图谱与标准Co3O4的图谱基本一致。本方法产品回收率高达80%。%Recovery of cobalt from the cathode material of waste Ni-MH battery with hydrometallurgical process was studied in this paper. The effect of acid species, concentration of acid, temperature of solution and time of dissolution to the leaching rate of cobalt was studied. The experiment results showed the leaching rate reached the optimum when using sulfuric acid as solvent, concentration of sulfuric acid being 3 mol/L, temperature being 70 ℃ and reaction time being 4 h. Co2+ was transformed to Co3+ by adding ammonium peroxydisulfate. Cobalt was recovered in the form of trivalent cobalt hydroxide precipitation by adjusting pH of the system. Cobalt was recycled by forming Co(OH)3. The precipitation was calcined. The cobalt recovery products were characterized by XRD, the XRD spectrogram was matching well with Co3O4, the recovery of cobalt reached to 80%in this method.
