河南省独立院校市场营销专业人才培养模式探究

     

摘要

As the anmount of marketing personnel demand increases year by year,independent colleges and universities in Henan prov-ince are paying more and more attention to the training of marketing professionals.But there are many problems in the practice of tal-ents training,such as the direction of personnel training divorced from the demand of the market,the training goal unclear,the cultiva-tion methods unreasonable and so on.So the author of this paper first analyzes the problems of marketing talents cultivation that exists in the independent colleges of Henan province and put forward a combination mode between colleges oruniversities and enterprises.And then explore a operation ideas of schoo-enterprise cooperation on many aspects such as the teachers and students,the theory teaching and practice,curriculum and evaluation method,etc.%随着市场对营销人才需求量的逐年上升,河南省各独立院校越来越注重市场营销专业人才的培养。但高校在人才培养过程中普遍存在人才培养方向与市场需求脱节、培养目标不明确、培养方法不合理等问题。文章对河南省独立院校市场营销专业人才培养存在的问题进行分析,提出校企结合的培养模式,并从教师和学生、理论教学与实践、课程设置与考核方法等方面探讨校企结合培养模式的运作思路。
