The research is based on the knowledge and theoretical research of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) combined with its definition and both investigation and analysis of 40 ethnic Chinese middle and primary school teachers. The research aims to discuss the component of ethnic minorities Chinese teachers' subject teaching knowledge, and to point out that the strategies of ethnic minorities Chinese teachers subject knowledge development including, teachers care their own development, the reflection of teaching practice, forming the teaching combination, the link of teaching and scientific research.%在国内外已取得的关于学科教学知识(PCK)的内涵及其构成的理论研究成果上,以新疆教育学院参加双语培训的40名中小学少数民族汉语教师的调查分析为基础,探讨少数民族汉语教师学科教学知识(PCK)的构成,指出少数民族汉语教师学科教学知识发展的策略包括:教师关注自我构建、反思教学实践、形成教学共同体、教科研相结合等途径.
