摘要

In this paper, we put forward the ideas that to have a power-to-power union and comprehensive integration, the academic journals of the universities should be restructured based on their strong discipline. The existing academic journals of the universities should be restructured as discipline-orientated academic journals. This advanced integration will make it be possible to establish some internationally first class professional discipline-orientated academic journals.%以全国高等学校强势学科为基础实行强强联合，全面整合、重组高校学术期刊。将现有的高校综合类的学报重组为专业类学术期刊。这种优势整合将使打造国际、国内一流专业学术期刊成为可能。
