Firstly,this article introduced FCM clustering analysis theory,and on the basis of giving the improved model.Finally,according to the 4 factors,such as teaching level、the level of scientific research、the service of colleges and universities to the society and the GDP of the provinces which colleges and universities lies,etc.,Made different classifications of 10 colleges and universities utilizing the improved model,to provide certain referential value for the standards for fee collection of different types of schools.
