PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object person guiding device or the like, capable of determining work posture/action by sensing the object person, and awakening attention or guiding for an appropriate work posture/action.SOLUTION: A posture pattern is stored, and an object person is sensed to determine a posture. Then, the posture of the object person that has been determined is compared with a posture pattern.
