本文从高校专业艺术教育发展过程中出现的就业难问题出发，在认真分析的基础上，认为专业艺术教育的改革要以就业市场为中心，以提高艺术类毕业生的就业率为目的。并提出改革须从两方面同时进行，一是教育行政主管部门的宏观改革，二是高校内部所进行的微观革新。只有双管齐下，才能有效解决艺术毕业生的就业难题，才能最终推动专业艺术教育的进一步发展。%This article proceeds from the difficult job market which appeared on the development of the Professional Art Education in colleges. In the author's opinion, professional art education should be cen- tered on job market and purposed on improving employment rate of art graduates. This article also propos- es that we should start from two aspects: firstly, macroseopical reform of administrative department of e ducation; secondly, microcosmieal innovation in colleges. When both reforms are carried out, we shall per- haps be ab|e to solve the difficult problems of job market for art graduates and finally to promote profes- sional art education development.
