异常黑胆质成熟剂对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠支配器官组织形态学的影响

         

摘要

目的观察异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠支配器官(心、脑、肝)组织形态学的影响。方法选取3个月龄雄性 SD大鼠60只,体质量180~220 g,采用 D-半乳糖制作亚急性衰老模型,随机分为衰老模型组及 ASMq高、中、低剂量组(ASMq高、中、低剂量分别为6.0、3.0、1.5 g· kg-1· d-1,各15只,连续给药3 w。另取15只正常雄性大鼠作为正常对照组。采用 HE染色,在光学显微镜下观察各组大鼠支配器官组织形态学变化。结果(1)心肌:与衰老模型组相比,ASMq高、中、低各剂量组心肌细胞饱满,肌丝排列整齐,但出现了轻度血管扩张;(2)脑:与衰老模型组相比,ASMq高、中剂量组细胞形态结构完整,排列整齐,但也有轻度的细胞肿胀。ASMq低剂量组出现了少量的空泡样变化和核固缩;(3)肝脏:与衰老模型组相比,ASMq高、中、低各剂量组肝细胞结构完整,排列整齐。有少量的脂质空泡和水肿,但没有出现核固缩。结论 ASMq对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠的支配器官组织病理学改变有一定的保护和修复作用。%Objective To observe the effects of abnormal savda munziq on morphological structure of domi-nating organ cells on D-galactose induced aging model rats to clarify the abnormal savda munziq part of an-ti-aging mechanism of action.Methods 60 three-month-old male SD rats weighing 180-220g were randomly divided into the model group and the abnormal savda munziq high,middle and low dose groups (respectively 6.0,3.0,1.5 g·kg-1 ·d-1 ).D-galactose induced subacute aging model was used and the con-tinuous administration was 2 1 days.Another 1 5 normal male rats were in the normal control group,using HE stating to observe histological changes of these dominating organs by optic microscope.Results (1 ) Myocardial:Compared with the aging model group,the myocardial cell of the ASMq high,middle and low dose group plumped,myofilament neatly arranged with mildly vasodilation.(2 )Brain:Compared with the aging model group,the cells of ASMq high,middle dose group were in structural integrity of neatly-arranged mor-phology.There had been little vacuolar changes and karyopyknosis in the low-dose group.(2 )Liver:Compared with the aging model group,liver cells of the ASMq high,middle and low dose group were in structural integri-ty with a small amount of lipid vacuoles and edema,but without karyopyknosis.Conclusion The abnormal savda munziq could protect and repair the morphological damage of dominate organs on aging rats induced by D-galactose.
