新疆地区外科护士培训满意度及培训需求状况的调查分析

         

摘要

Objective To Investigate all levels of hospital surgical nurses on hospital nursing training,job satisfaction and training demand in Xinjiang ,provide a better objective basis of the region′s surgical nurs-ing training work.Methods Using self-made nursing training satisfaction and demand survey,investiga-ted 952 surgical nurses from 77 hospital in Xinjiang.Results The total are satisfactory on nursing training work,Satisfaction was 96.64% respectively.In the aspect of training content needs,Nursing training reg-ulations and process of choice,accounting for 14.82%,There were no statistical difference in the different ethnic groups with the operating skills,high quality nursing service,nursing research and thesis,health education and psychological health knowledge training content (P>0.05);The difference of training needs had statistically significant in different hospital rank,position,title,education,working years (P <0.05);Favorite way of training is facing lecture,practice and remote lecture.Conclusion All levels of nurs-ing training demands are large in hospital surgery,the results showed that the overall is satisfactory,but there are still need adj ust measures according to the different hospital and in combination with the practical cases of clinical nursing work,to developmentvarious training programs to achieve a better training effect.%目的:调查新疆地区各级医院外科护士对医院护理培训工作的满意度以及培训需求状况,为各级医疗机构更好地开展培训工作提供客观依据。方法采用自制的护士培训满意度及需求问卷,对新疆地区77家医院952名外科护士进行护理人员的一般资料、培训工作满意度、培训内容需求、培训方式选择的调查分析。结果(1)新疆各级医院外科护士对目前医院所开展的护理培训工作总体比较满意,满意度达96.64%;(2)在培训内容需求方面,护理规章制度与护理流程培训为首选,占14.82%;其次为护理操作技能、优质护理服务、护理文书的书写、护理质量、护士职业道德、护理基础知识、礼仪服务意识和沟通;(3)不同医院等级、职务、职称、学历、工作年限的外科护士对培训内容的需求差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(4)最喜欢的培训方式是面授讲座+临床实践+远程讲座。结论新疆地区各级医院外科护士对护理培训需求较大,总体较满意,但是需要根据不同等级的医院、护士状况制定适合的培训方案,并结合临床护理工作实际案例,开展因地制宜的、形式多样的培训,才能获得更佳的培训效果。
