球帽附着体在覆盖总义齿修复中的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨球帽附着体固位的覆盖总义齿的临床应用效果。方法随机选择30例牙列缺失或大部分缺失仅剩余2～4颗可利用的残根残冠的患者，采用种植体或残根残冠支持的球帽附着体固位的覆盖总义齿修复，观察其临床应用效果。结果球帽附着体覆盖义齿在语音、咀嚼、固位、舒适性方面的满意度高于传统覆盖总义齿，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；同一患者的覆盖总义齿安放球帽附着体后的咀嚼效能较安放前高，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论种植体或残根残冠支持的球帽附着体固位的覆盖总义齿修复牙槽骨严重萎缩的牙列缺失缺损患者临床效果良好。%Objective To observe the results of ball-cap attachment in complete overdenture.Methods Randomly select 30 patients,with teeth missing or with only 2 -4 residual roots and crowns remained, implant or use ball-cap attachment supported by the residual crown and root in overdenture retention and observe the clinical application effects.Results The complete overdenture with ball-cap attachment could supply reliable retention and raise masticatory efficiency.Conclusion The ball-cap attachment in complete overdenture was of good clinical effects.
