新疆某医科院校中外临床专业医学生人际信任调查

     

摘要

目的:了解新疆某医科院校中国籍医学生及外国籍医学生的人际信任现状,为进一步提升医学生心理健康教育提供参考信息。方法2014年10月采用分层整群方法抽取新疆某医科院校临床医学专业大一至大四年级的中国学生及留学生,使用美国 Rotter 教授编制的人际信任量表,比较不同国籍、性别、年级、生源地等医学生人际信任得分情况,进行调查研究。结果共调查804位中国籍医学生和239位外国籍医学生,不同性别、生源地、独生子女情况的中国籍医学生和外国籍医学生的人际信任总分差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),尤其表现在特殊信任上,外国籍医学生的人际信任度高于中国籍医学生。不同民族、不同年级的中国籍医学生的人际信任度差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论可根据不同国籍临床医学生的特点,多渠道多途径采取措施,提高医学生人际信任度。%Objective To explore the current state of interpersonal trust among both Chinese and interna-tional students in one of the medical universities in Xinjiang.And so that the results can serve as possible references for improving the psychological health education of medical students.Methods Stratified cluster sampling is adopted in selecting the first-year to fourth-year Chinese and foreign clinical medicine majors in one of the medical universities in Xinjiang as the subject of the study.The Interpersonal Trust Scale created by American professor Rotter is applied in the survey in October 2014 to study and analyze the results of the interpersonal trust test of students of different nationalities,gender,grades and regions. Results 804 Chinese and 239 international students are investigated in the survey.And a statistical signifi-cance is detected on the differences of the interpersonal trust scores of Chinese and international students of different gender,regions and the status of siblings (P <0.05).In addition,the interpersonal trust scores of the international students are higher than those of the Chinese students.especially on the differences of in-terpersonal trust in special relationships.However,the results of Chinese students in the interpersonal trust test for different nationalities,different grades have shown no statistical significance (P > 0.05).
