经阴道超声检查与宫腔镜检查对子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断价值的研究

摘要

Objective Comparison the transvaginal sonography (TVS)and hysteroscope (HS)used in diag-nosing submucous myoma.Methods 102 cases between December 2014 and September 2015 suspected di-agnosed as submucous myoma were selected to perform surgical-pathologic examination (as a diagnostic gold standard)after testing with hysteroscope and the inspection results were analyzed.Results The re-sults showed in 65 cases there were 12 cases of endometrial polys and submucous myoma coexisting,25 ca-ses of endometrial polys.In comparison of TVS and HS,HS diagnosis coincidence rate were much higher than that of TVS.Conclusion HS is the better inspection method,but TVS is non-invasive,low-cost and convenient,so it can be the first choice for suspected diagnosing submucous myoma.%目的：比较经阴道超声检查与宫腔镜检查对子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断的准确性。方法选择2014年12月－2015年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院妇科行经阴道超声检查拟诊为子宫黏膜下肌瘤并住院行宫腔镜检查患者102例，比较经阴道超声检查与宫腔镜检查对子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断的准确性，以最终病理结果为确定诊断。结果病理确诊子宫黏膜下肌瘤65例，黏膜下肌瘤和子宫内膜息肉并存12例，子宫内膜息肉25例。经阴道超声检查与宫腔镜检查结果的准确性比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但宫腔镜检查诊断与病理诊断符合率较高，达95．59％。结论宫腔镜检查是诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤的高效方法，但经阴道超声仍有其优势，可作为拟诊的首选检查。
