The medical needle system echogenic for transvaginal reduction assisted by ultrasound fibroids and fibroids comprising: a needle (105) medical echogenic comprising: an outer tubular member (115) having a distal end (120) and one end (125 ) proximal said outer member being positionable (115) in a needle guide that is attached to a vaginal ultrasonic probe; a surface (135) disposed echogenic near said distal end (120); an electrode (175) active near said distal end (120); a casing (200) of radiofrequency insulation surrounding an outer portion of said outer member defining said radiofrequency insulation segment of said outer member (115) that is insulated from radiofrequency and an outer segment of said element (115) which is not isolated from RF, wherein said segment of radiofrequency insulation extending from said proximal end (125) to said distal end (120); and a connector (140) coupled to said electrical proximal end that is in electrical communication with said active electrode; the system further comprising a probe (100) having a vaginal ultrasonic guide (35) coupled needle whereby said needle (105) can be placed in said needle guide.
