饮食因素与新疆霍奇金淋巴瘤的病例对照研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨新疆霍奇金淋巴瘤发病与饮食习惯的相关性.方法 选择2014年1月-2016年10月就诊于新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院且经过病理组织学确诊为霍奇金淋巴瘤的维吾尔族患者130例作为病例组,同期在社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检的维吾尔族健康人群或其他科室非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者130例为对照组,对2组患者进行饮食问卷调查,并采用非条件二元Logistic单因素和多因素回归方法逐步分析数据.结果 牛奶及其奶制品、红肉、甜食为霍奇金淋巴瘤发病的危险因素(P<0.05),蔬菜类、饮茶及坚果类为保护因素(P<0.05).随着文化程度的升高,霍奇金淋巴瘤的发病风险呈下降趋势.油炸食品、淡水鱼、饮食习惯、一日三餐的食物种类与霍奇金淋巴瘤发病无相关(P>0.05).结论 饮食习惯与霍奇金淋巴瘤的发生有关,应通过开展健康教育等方式进行干预,积极倡导平衡膳食,降低霍奇金淋巴瘤的发病风险.%Objective To explore the relationships between dietary and the incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods A case-control study was conducted between January 2014 and October 2016.130 case of Uygur patients with Hodgkin lymphoma were recruited from Xinjiang tumor hospital and 130 case that living area-matched were chosen from inpatients of the community and hospitalized in the same period as control.Both the cases and controls were face-to-face interviewed by questionnaire,to collect information of the dietary.Univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression were used to assess the effects of each related factor on Uyghur Hodgkin lymphoma risk.Results HL risk was positively associated with higher intake of desserts/sweets,Milk,Red meat and negatively associated with higher intake of vegetables,nut,and drink tea.With the increase of educational level,the protective effect to Hodgkin lymphoma was more significant.Fried foods,freshwater fish,eating habits,staple foods were shown to have no significant effect on the incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma.Conclusion The finding of this study reveals that dietary may be related to the incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma,balanced diet should therefore be sticked to and good eating habits could prevent the incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma.
