Tanis遗传多态性与冠心病临床预后的关联分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the relationship between Tanis genetic variation and the prognosis of coronary artery disease after PCI.Methods A cohort study was used to analyze the association of Tanis genetic variation and the prognosis of 1068 CAD patients after PCIthroughTacMantechniqueand selecting rs1384656as the subjects.Results The genetic polymorphism of Tanis gene did not change the clinical outcome of patients with CAD after PCI.There was no significant difference in stent thrombosis,non fatal myocardial infarction and mortality among different genotypes.Conclusion The present study indicated that Tanis genetic variation was not associated with CAD clinical outcomes after PCI.%目的 探讨Tanis基因遗传变异与冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗(PCI)术后预后的关系.方法 本研究中我们采用前瞻性设计的方法,共纳入PCI术后患者1 068例,Tanis基因分型的方法采用TaqMan技术,选取rs1384656位点进行研究.所有患者随访1 a,观察不同遗传表型患者临床结局的差异.结果 研究结果显示,Tanis基因遗传变异没有改变冠心病患者PCI术后的临床结局.不同基因型之间比较,支架内血栓、非致死性心肌梗死以及死亡率未见明显差异.结论 Tanis基因遗传变异和冠心病患者PCI术后临床结局无明显关联.
