饲喂半胱胺对绵羊小肠黏膜形态及消化酶活性的影响

         

摘要

To study the effect of cysteamine on the growth and development of sheep intestine,the mecha-nism of cysteamine promoting animal growth were discussed.10 Altay tailed male sheep with close weight and 8 months age were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups:control group and the experi-mental group (n=5).There were 10 sheep in each group,control group was fed with a standard diet,the experimental group was fed with a standard diet with systeamine 10 mg/kg on the basis of the body weight.The predisignes diet were fed for 7 d.Before feeding formal experimental diet for 30 d.Small intes-tine segments and mucosal tissue-like contents were taken out after slaughter,tissue section staining tech-nique and radio immunity technique were used to measure the villi morphology index and the mucosal con-tents of the digestive enzyme activity.The results showed that duodenal villus height,crypt depth,mucosal thickness of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05).Theduodenum amylase,trypsin,chymotrypsin activity of the experimental group of sheep were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05).Jejunum amylase and lipase activity of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).These results show that dietary supple-mentation with cysteamine can significantly promote the development of the small intestine,improve the vitality of the small intestine of digestive enzymes,and can promote the growth by promoting the sheep's digestion and absorption capacity.%为了研究半胱胺对绵羊小肠生长发育的影响,探讨半胱胺促进动物生长的机理。选取10只体重相近8月龄生长期的雄性阿勒泰大尾羊,随机分为2组,对照组和实验组,每组10只,对照组饲喂标准日粮,实验组在标准日粮基础上按体重添加半胱胺10 mg/kg。预饲7 d,正式实验饲喂30 d。屠宰后取小肠各段组织样和黏膜内容物,采用组织切片染色技术和放射性免疫技术分别测定绒毛组织形态学指标和黏膜内容物中消化酶活性。结果显示,十二指肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度及黏膜厚度均为实验组绵羊显著高于对照组绵羊(P <0.05)。实验组绵羊十二指肠内淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶活性均显著高于对照组绵羊(P <0.05)。空肠内淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性为实验组绵羊显著高于对照组绵羊(P <0.05)。日粮添加半胱胺能促进小肠的发育,显著提高小肠中消化酶的活力,可通过促进绵羊的消化吸收能力促进绵羊的生长。
