浅谈高职院校学生干部队伍建设

摘要

Higher vocational college student cadres are efficient assistants of the teachers,and the bridges between teacher and students.There existed some problems,in the current construction of students cadres,such as ignoring the political theory quality,and the good moral character cultivation and other issues,Therefore,to analyze the reasons and seek solutions,improve the quality of student cadre,stimulate their enthusiasm and passion for work,is the important topic of current student management.%高职院校学生干部是辅导员工作开展的得力助手,是沟通老师和学生之间的重要桥梁。在当前的学生干部队伍建设中,存在着忽视政治理论素质的提高,忽视优良品德的培养等问题,因此,剖析原因寻找对策,提高学生干部素质,激发他们的工作热情和积极性,是当前学生管理工作的重要课题。
