从《论语》看孔子私学的教育管理思想

摘要

The Analects of Confucius embodies the Confucius＇education thought in an all -round way. It is believed that the goal of education is to cultivate a noble man with both ability and political integrity. So a scholar must be diligent, studious and education should pay attention not only to knowledge learning, but to students moral improvement. It is proposed that flexible teaching methods, teaching according to students＇aptitude, learning by thinking, inspiration, introspection, and teaching by percept and personal examples are all the effective teaching methods.%《论语》一书全面体现了孔子的教育思想。教育的目标是培养德才兼备的“君子”。治学必须具有勤勉好学、严肃认真的学习态度。教育既要重视知识传授，更要注重道德修养的提高。教学方法灵活多样，因材施教、学思结合、启发诱导、注重内省、言传身教等都是有效的教学方法。
