西安地区中小学教师职业道德现状及生存状态调查

摘要

素质教育呼唤高素质的教师，教师职业道德（师德）水平的高低是衡量教师素质水平的重要指标。师德状况直接关系到校风、学风建设和教育教学的质量。通过对西安地区中小学教师职业道德现状的调查，发现当前中小学教师在职业道德方面存在诸多问题，针对目前西安地区中小学教师职业道德现状，提出一些建议与措施。%Quality education requires high quality teacher, and teachers＇professional ethics level is the index of their quality as well. Besides, the state of teachers＇ethics in a school is directly related to its style, study atmosphere, and the teaching quality as well. The investigation of the state of professional ethics in primary and secondary schools in Xi＇an, a lot of problems were found, thus, some corresponding suggestions and measures about were put forward in the paper.
