Unsteady numerical simulations were performed on Rotor 67 to investigate the stabilizing mechanisms of casing treatment with different open area ratio at design speed.The mass and momentum of the flow through the tip gap,the rotor tip flow structures and azimuth-averaged loss distributions of rotor with different casing at different mass flow were studied.Results find that:the capability of the casing treatment to extend the compressor stall margin increased with the open area ratio of the casing treatmentincreased;the tip leakage mass flow reduced 33.3 %,the blockage flow in the front of the blade near the pressure side weakened most,the shock wave moved downstream,the total pressure loss made by the mixing of the tip leakage flow and main flow is reduced compared to the solid casing at near stall condition of the solid casing.%为了探索不同开度的缝式机匣处理对压气机稳定裕度的影响,以跨声的Rotor 67为研究对象,通过非定常数值计算方法探索了设计转速下3种不同开度的机匣处理对该转子稳定性的作用.详细分析了各流量工况下不同机匣时通过转子叶顶间隙面的气流质量和动量、叶顸的流动结构、周向平均后的总压损失分布等.研究发现:随着缝开度的增加,机匣处理的扩稳能力增强;实壁机匣近失速工况下缝开度为80%的机匣处理使叶顶间隙泄漏流减小了33.3%,最大程度的削弱了转子前缘压力面侧的堵塞气流,使激波往下游移动距离最大,减少了间隙泄漏流与主流掺混造成的总压损失.
