榆林市土地利用变化的驱动因素研究

摘要

Land resources are necessary for human survival.It is of great practical significance to analyze the driving forces of land use and to make efficient and rational use of land resources for the sustainable development of regional economy and society.This study was conducted among 1 2 counties in the city of Yulin.The factor analysis method was used to analyze the driving mechanism for land use changes from three factors-economic development,industrialization process and policy system.Research results show that economic development has the most significant impact on land use changes,that industrialization and urbanization have a significantly positive correlation with the area of industrial land and that the evolution of government policy on land marketization plays a positive role in the rational allocation and utilization of land resources.As the state-level energy and chemical industry base,the city of Yulin must strictly enforce cultivated land protection policies,strengthen the land intensive efforts,speed up the adj ustment of industrial structure,and transform the mode of economic growth to realize sustainable economic development,land use and energy exploitation.%土地资源是人类赖以生存的基础,剖析土地利用的驱动因素,高效合理的利用土地资源对区域经济、社会可持续发展具有重要的现实意义.文中以榆林市12个县区为研究对象,采用因子分析方法,从经济发展、工业化进程、政策制度三个驱动因素分析土地利用变化的驱动机理.研究表明,经济发展对土地利用变化的影响最为显著;工业化及城镇化进程与工业用地的面积呈显著正相关关系;政府土地市场化等政策演变对土地资源的合理配置及利用有积极的调节作用.作为国家级能源化工基地,榆林市必须要严格执行耕地保护政策,加强土地集约力度,加快产业结构调整,转变经济增长方式,实现经济发展、土地利用、能源开发可持续发展.
