The present invention relates to a system and a method for calculating a correlation or a contribution that a plurality of indices related to the temperature of the ground surface obtained from aerial satellite data of an analysis target area affect the temperature of the ground surface, and extracting and analyzing a vulnerable area for an urban heat island in a target area classified based on the calculated correlation. The system and the method of the present invention can exclude an effect of non-weather factors generated in a surrounding building and vehicle passage or a problem of limitations of an observation point by using an aerial satellite image of the analysis target area, can accurately extract a vulnerable area for an urban heat island in the analysis target area, and can accurately analyze characteristics of the area.
