以我国沪深两市2009—2011年石油化工类上市公司为例，分析了我国石油化工类公司特征与企业环境投资之间的关系。结果发现：盈利能力、公司规模是影响我国石油化工类企业顺利进行环境投资的关键因素，公司偿债能力对公司环保投资能力有一定影响。而独立董事人数比例、公司注册地对环境投资没有显著影响，这为我国企业如何进行环境投资提供了理论依据和有益启示。%With the petrochemical listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Markets in 2009-2011 as the examples,the correlation between the characteristics of companies in petrochemical industries and their environment investment is discussed. The results show that the company profitability and company size are the key factors that influence the successful environment investment of Chinaˊs petrochemical enterprises,and that the companyˊs solvency has certain influence on its environmental protection investment ability;but the number ratio of independent directors,the registration address of companies have no obvious influence on the environment investment. This study provides some theoretical basis and beneficial enlightenment for the envi-ronment investment of Chinese enterprises.
