社会资本对乡镇政府工作人员满意度的影响研究

     

摘要

乡镇政府工作人员满意度直接影响着政府工作的效率。基于“中国乡镇民主与治理调查”数据库,从社会信任、网络关系及组织规范三个维度构建了社会资本计量模型,并采用阶层回归分析方法,对社会资本与乡镇政府工作人员满意度的关系进行研究。结果发现:工作关系及组织规范显著正向影响乡镇政府工作人员的满意度,社会信任及个人关系对乡镇政府工作人员满意度的影响不显著。此外,民族、年龄、宗教信仰及政治面貌等个人特征也对乡镇政府工作人员满意度具有一定的影响。最后提出了提高乡镇政府工作人员满意度的具体措施。%The satisfaction of the township government staff directly affects the efficiency of the govern-ment work.Based on the database of "Chinese Township democracy and governance survey",the paper estab-lished the measuring model for social capital from three dimensions of social trust,network relations and organi-zational norms,and used the hierarchical regression analysis method to study the relationship between social capital and township government staff.It is found out that the working relationship and organization norms have a significant positive influence on township government staff satisfaction,while social trust and personal rela-tionships have no significant impact on the satisfaction degree of township government staff.In addition,nation-ality,age,religious belief and political status and other personal characteristics also have certain impact on the satisfaction of township government staff.On the basis of this,some concrete suggestions are put forward finally so as to improve the satisfaction of the township government staff.
