服装专业高校教师胜任力的模型构建与分析——基于“卓越工程师培养计划”视角

         

摘要

In view of the purpose and requirements of the Excellence Engineer Training Plan, the characteristics of university teachers were determined by means of work analysis method;Then, with the aid of questionnaire survey, behavioral event interview and expert interviewing, the competency feature glossary that contains 38 items was built and a questionnaire aimed the university in Xi an city was carried out. Finally, the competency model of teachers in the university was set up by using SPSS16. 0 statistical analysis software, which consists of seven dimensions, a total of 38 items. The results show that the competency model structure of the university teachers for apparel program based on the Excellence Engineer Training Plan is different from others, especially behavioral skills, process characteristics, and concern for students. The establishment of the model will provide some references for the college teachers' selection, evaluation, and the establishment of a high-performance team of teachers.%针对卓越工程师培养计划的目的和要求,首先通过工作分析法确定了服装专业高校教师的工作特点及其岗位胜任特征;其次,采取对服装专业的学生问卷调查、教师行为事件访谈以及专家小组讨论的方法,确定教师胜任特征词汇,进而创建胜任力特征词汇表;最后,选取西安高校为调研对象,通过问卷调查,运用SPSS16.0统计分析软件,得出卓越计划高校教师胜任力的结构模型由7个维度、共38项胜任特征构成.结果表明,卓越计划中服装专业高校教师的胜任力模型结构表现出特殊的特征,尤其表现在行为技能、过程特征以及关系特征方面.该模型的建立将有助于卓越计划中服装专业高校教师的选拔和评价,并为建立高绩效的教师团队提供一定的参考.
