摘要

This paper investigated the situation of organizational commitment and work performance of universities teachers in Hebei province by sampling survey. Using the research conclusion, combining competency iceberg model, this paper constructed university teachers' competency model based on the theory of organizational commitment. On this basis, this paper refined the competence index, constructed the university teachers' performance evaluation index system, which will provide reference for the universities in China to enhance the performance management level furtherly.
