风投机构对风险企业成长的影响

摘要

在合作访谈调研的基础上，设计关于风险企业与风险投资机构间合作关系和风险企业成长的测度量表。通过发放问卷获得相关数据，并在针对问卷可靠性检验的基础上，利用典型相关分析方法，研究风险企业与风险投资机构合作关系影响风险企业成长的关键因素。研究发现，双方间的利益分配、信任程度及信息共享度是影响风险企业成长的重要因素，并在此基础之上提出了改善风险企业与风险投资机构关系的具体措施与建议。%Based on interviews ,the effective measure scale of the relationship between VC and VE is de‐signed .Through questionnaire and the reliability testing of questionnaire ,using the canonical correlation analysis method ,the key factors of the relationship between venture capital institutions (VC) and ven‐ture capital‐backed enterprise (VE) that impact VE′s grow th are discussed .It is found that the benefits distribution ,trust and information sharing are important factors affecting the degree of the grow th of venture enterprise .On this basis ,specific measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the rela‐tionship between VC and VE .
