基于Matlab无刷直流电机控制系统仿真

     

摘要

In order to reduce the design cost and save design time of brushless DC motor ,in Matlab/Simulink environment ,the control principle and the mathematical model of BLDCM are analyzed to conduct research related to control system .In the modular notion of control system ,by the combina‐tion of the isolated blocks and S‐function ,the model of BLDCM can be established .This system is con‐trolled by the speed and current double loop .Through a classical PID joined to the speed loop ,the ad‐justment of speed achieves smoothness .And a current controller is completed in the current loop on the principle of hysteresis current track PWM inverter .The simulation results prove that the system has good static and dynamic charactertics ,and verify the rationality and validity of this method .By studying the simulation model of BLDCM based on Matlab ,a new approach for designing and debug‐ging motors is provided .%为了降低无刷直流电机(brushless DC motor ,BLDCM )的设计成本,节省设计时间,在Matlab/Simulink环境下,通过分析BLDCM 的控制原理及数学模型,进行BLDCM 控制系统的仿真研究。利用控制系统的模块化思想,分别建立独立的功能模块,再结合S函数,以此构建出BLDCM 控制系统的仿真模型。系统采用速度、电流的双闭环控制,在速度外环加入经典的PID控制以实现转速的平稳调节,电流内环控制采用滞环电流跟踪型PWM 实现。仿真结果表明,控制系统具有良好的静态、动态特性,同时验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
