铁掺杂纳米TiO2的可见光催化性能

     

摘要

为了提高纳米T iO2催化剂的光催化氧化性能,采用溶胶‐凝胶法,以酞酸丁酯为原料制备铁掺杂纳米T iO2光催化剂(Fe‐T iO2).分别采用X射线衍射和紫外‐可见光漫反射对其晶相和光催化活性进行表征.以偶氮结构的弱酸性染料溶液为目标降解物,研究在可见光照射下Fe‐T iO2的光催化性能.结果表明,Fe‐T iO2光催化剂的晶相为单一锐钛矿相,粒径为17.7nm ;吸收边带红移至500nm ,禁带宽度减小到2.48eV .在可见光下光催化反应180min ,Fe‐TiO2光催化剂对弱酸性染料的降解率达99.86%.%In order to improve the catalytic oxidation performance of nano‐TiO2 photocatalyst ,Fe‐doped nano‐TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol‐gel method and characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet visible light spectroscope (UV‐Vis DRS) .With the solution of weak acid dye with azo structure as degradation target ,the visible light photocatalytic properties of the photocatalyst were in‐vestigated under visible light irradiation .The results show that the Fe‐TiO2 photocatalyst has single anatase phase ,with the average particle size of 17.7 nm .The absorption band edge of Fe‐TiO2 is wid‐ened to 500 nm and forbidden band width is reduced to 2.48eV .When the dosage of the Fe‐TiO2 pho‐tocatalyst is 0.12g/100mL ,and the initial pH of the dye solution is 3 ,the photodegradation rate of dye is 99.86% under visible light irradiation for 180min .
