空气源热水器恒温控制器数据通信的系统设计

     

摘要

为解决空气源热水器中恒温控制器在温度数据交换方面存在的不稳定、不可靠的缺点,设计了一种基于M A X485芯片的数据传输系统。硬件电路采用M A X485与单片机组成的双机连接方式,程序采用独特的数据帧格式。该帧格式中加入序号帧,用序号代表数据使得程序对数据处理井然有序,并且针对系统功能的区分,采用了给序号加值的解决办法。设计调试通过并运行良好,已成功应用于某型号直热式空气源恒温控制器。%In order to intensify the stability and reliability of the air source water heater thermo‐stat in the exchange of temperature data ,a data transmission system based on M AX485 chip is designed .Double machine‐connection between microcontroller and MAX485 is used in the hardware system ,and a unique data frame format is employed ,to which a serial number is add‐ed .Representing the data with the number makes data processing an orderly procedure .For the distinction between system functions ,a value‐added solution is adopted when handling frame number .The design has gone through debugging and runs well ,and has been successfully ap‐plied to a certain type of products .
