为合成一种具有良好效果的拒水剂,以甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(LMA )和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为成核单体,以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-151)和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(LMA)为成壳单体,采用核壳乳液聚合法制得含氟硅丙烯酸酯无皂乳液.研究功能单体(G04+KH-151)和反应性乳化剂1-烯丙氧基-3-(4-壬基苯酚)-2-丙醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)的用量对乳液性能及拒水性能的影响.并对自制的含氟硅丙烯酸酯无皂乳液进行红外和热失重测试.结果表明,采用反应性乳化剂制备的无皂拒水剂的拒水效果明显提升,经自制无皂拒水剂整理后棉织物对水的接触角为138.2°,静水压为2.74kPa,具有良好的拒水效果.%In order to synthesize a water repellent agent which has good performance on pure cotton fabrics,core-shell emulsion polymerization technique was applied to prepare polyacry-late soap-free latexes containing fluorine and silicone, by employing lauryl methacrylate (LMA)and methyl methacrylate (MMA)as core monomers,dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (G04),vinyltriethoxysilane (KH-151)and LMA as shell monomers.The usage amount of functional monomers (G04 and KH-151)and reactive emulsifier Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl),a-sulfo-w-[1-[(4-nonylphenoxy)methyl]-2-(2-propen-1-yloxy)ethoxy]-,branched,ammonium salts (DNS-86)were investigated to reveal the emulsion performances and waterproof proper-ties.And the synthesized polyacrylate soap-free latexes containing fluorine and silicone were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR)and thermogravimetric a-nalysis (TGA).The tested results illustrated that the water repellent properties of soap-free finishing agent prepared from reactive emulsifier were significantly improved.The cotton fabric treated by soap free finishing agent exhibited good water-repellent properties,which contact angle and hydrostatic pressure reached 138.2°and 2.74kPa.
