低温氨等离子体改性聚丙烯腈超滤膜的研究

     

摘要

To improve hydrophilic and anti-fouling of PAN ultrafiltration membrane ,surface modificatilen was conducted with low-temperature N H3 plasma . Hydrophilic performance membrane of the flux and rejection properties of the protein were studied by the contact angle , water flux and other measuring indexes .The results show that the plasma membrane′s water contact angle after grafted is reduced from the original 57 ° to 17 ° ,the hydrophilic performance is improved significantly ,water flux and bovine serum albumin flux and rejection rate are lar -ger than the original membrane and anti-fouling of the membrane is strengthened .%为提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜的亲水性和抗污染能力,采用低温氨等离子体对 PAN 超滤膜进行表面改性,通过接触角、水通量等指标,研究膜的亲水性、膜通量及对蛋白质的截留特性。结果表明,等离子体接枝改性后的膜,水接触角由原始的57°降低至17°,亲水性能明显提高,纯水通量、牛血清蛋白通量和截留率均大于原始膜,等离子体接枝改性的膜的抗污染性能增强。
