织物表面不同序列喷射打印成型导线实验研究

     

摘要

In order to clarify the effect of deposition sequence on the properties of formed conductive lines,using the developed pneumatic double nozzle micro-droplet jetting system,and the cotton fabric as the substrate,deposition test of conductive lines with different deposition sequence is conducted.The square resistance of formed lines is measured and the microstructure is observed.The results show that when the deposition sequence is XKXK,XKXKXK,and XKKXK,the width of the lines is uniform,the boundary is smooth and the lines are wellshaped.The lines have a good conductivity and the average square resistance is smaller,respectively 1.91 Ω/sq,1.41 Ω/sq and 1.71 Ω/sq.The silver particles produced by the reaction mainly exist in the form of globular and flaky particles,there is a certain agglomeration and the interconnection of the silver particles is relatively close.%为明确沉积序列对成形导线性能的影响,利用开发的气动式双喷头微滴喷射系统,以棉织物为基板,进行不同沉积序列沉积成形导线实验,对成形导线进行形态分析、方阻测量及微观形貌观察.结果表明,沉积序列为XKXK、XKXKXK、XKKXK的导线线宽均匀,导线边界光滑,形态较好;导电性较好,方阻均值较小,分别为1.91 Ω/sq,1.41 Ω/sq,1.71Q/sq;反应生成的银颗粒主要以类球状、片状形式存在,并有一定的团聚现象,颗粒间连接比较紧密.
