Job burnout exits in all industries.Young teachers of universities are especially striking in job burnout due to features such as long schooling,high expectation,and strong awareness of self-improve-ment.Through analysis from perspectives such as society,organization,young teachers themselves,and students,the article attempts to discover the source of job turnout and explore means to solve the prob-lem.%职业倦怠存在于各行各业,大学青年教师由于年轻、受教育程度高、期望值高、自我完善意识强等特点,他们的职业倦怠问题表现及解决途径等也相对复杂。通过社会、组织(高校)、青年教师个人、学生等多个角度分析,发现青年教师职业倦怠问题的根源并探索解决问题的途径。
