刑罚执行与监管活动中预防渎职侵权之对策

刑罚执行和监管活动是检察机关参与刑事诉讼活动的最后一个环节。加强检察监督,预防刑罚执行与监督活动中渎职侵权行为的发生,是确保刑罚正确执行、维护正常监管秩序、保障被监管人合法权益的重要举措。当前,要着眼刑罚执行与监管活动检察监督中存在的一些突出问题,强化人权保障意识,加大检察力度,建立健全法律监督机制,不断提高检察监督的法律效果、社会效果和政治效果。%The enforcement of sentences is the last stage for procuratorial organs to participate in the hearing of criminal cases. To strengthen procuratorial supervision and prevent malfeasance and infringement in the enforcement of sentences is an important measure to ensure smooth enforcement of sentences, maintain normal supervising order and protect the lawful rights and interests of prisoners.
