For all the athletes, wrists are indispensable for completing all the actions such as supporting, lifting and other transitional actions. So, for an aerobics athlete, wrists are the most vulnerable parts of his body. This paper makes an analysis of the causes for aerobics athletes’ wrists injury by means of literature review, questionnaires and interviews. Finally, it proposes some prevention and rehabilitation measures.%对于运动员来说,完成所有的支撑、托举以及其他的过渡等方面的动作都离不开腕部,腕部对于竞技健美操运动员而言,也是最容易受伤的部位之一。该文通过查阅文献资料、问卷调查以及访谈等方法对竞技健美操运动员腕部损伤的原因进行分析,并提出了相关的损伤预防和康复的措施。
