不动产统一登记下农村住房所有权首次登记问题研究

         

摘要

The function of the first registration of rural housing ownership is to record and announce the ownership of rural housing so as to make the ownership clear and definite,which constitute the precondition of the other registrations,such as registration of alteration and/or transfer of ownership,registration of mortgage,etc.To actively carry out the work the first registration of rural housing ownership will facilitate the unified registration of real estates and the integration of city and countryside and it also is an important step to establish modern property rights system and push the reform of rural housing ownership.%农村住房所有权首次登记的功能在于记载、宣示农村住房所有权,使农村住房所有权权属清晰,是农村住房变更登记、转移登记、抵押登记等其他类型登记的前提.积极开展农村住房所有权的首次登记工作,有利于不动产统一登记的顺利开展,有利于城乡一体化的稳步向前推进,是建立现代产权制度推动农村住房财产权改革的重要环节.
