新媒体环境下高校突发事件网络舆情监管机制研究

摘要

新媒体环境加快了高校突发事件网络舆情的形成和发展,并对高校日常管理工作形成严峻挑战. 从传播过程的六种基本要素入手, 分析新媒体环境下网络舆情的传播特征, 在此基础上提出高校突发事件网络舆情的监管机制,包括媒体素养教育机制、预警机制、研判机制、信息发布机制、舆情引导机制和善后机制,探索舆情监管的有效途径.%The new media environment accelerate the formation and development of internet public opinion of university emergency,and make a big challenge for day-to-day management work of college. This study from the perspective of the six basic elements in the process of the propagation, analysis the propagation characteristics of the internet public opinion of the new media environment, and propose supervision mechanism of internet public opinion of university emergency, include media literacy education mechanism, early warning mechanism, judge mechanism, information release mechanism, public opinion guidance mechanism and rehabilitation mechanism, to explore the effective ways of public opinion supervision.
