高校工科专业本科创新人才培养模式研究——以大学生创新基地建设为例

The cultivation of innovative talents is the primary goal of advanced education.The construction of innovation base is in conformance with the development of the times and requirements of the society and is an important access to cultivating innovative talents.In this paper,the author analyzes the measures taken in the past three years in the reform of cultivation of technological undergraduates in universities directly under the ministry of education.By probing in and generalizing the experience of innovation base construction,based on the empirical research being carried in School of IoT Engineering,Jiangnan University,the author puts forward a general mechanics applied for colleges to the cultivation of undergraduates in innovation bases,which has a reference to the construction of college innovation base and the reform of talents cultivation of technological undergraduates.%创新型人才的培养是高校教育的主要目的,高校创新基地的建立顺应了时代的发展和社会的需求,是培养创新型人才的重要途径。分析近三年部属院校工科专业本科人才培养模式的改革举措,在研究、总结国内高校大学生创新基地建设的基础上,依据江南大学物联网专业大学生创新实践基地的实证研究,提出适合我国高校大学生创新基地人才培养的一般模式和机制,这对今后高校工科专业本科人才培养模式改革,尤其是大学生创新基地的建设具有一定的参考价值。
