大学生思想政治教育中的法治教育探究

摘要

Ideological and political education and law-related education for undergraduates share multiple unities: the consistency in educational goals, supplementation in educational direction, relevance in education contents and complementariness in educational methods. Currently, in the process of promoting ruling by law and constructing law-ruled China, achievements have been made in the law-related education while some problems have also emerged, mainly including the negative influence of social environment, relative hysteresis of school education and undergraduates' self quality, and so on. Hence, it is indispensible to strengthen the law-related education among undergraduates, and progressively encourage undergraduates to nurture and promote legal ideas and abide and behave by law voluntarily.%大学生思想政治教育与法治教育在教育性上具有多重统一性:教育目标具有一致性、教育方向具有相辅性、教育内容具有关联性、教育方法具有互补性.当前我国在全面推进依法治国、建设法治中国的进程中,大学生思想政治教育中的法治教育在取得一定成效的同时也存在一些问题.这些问题主要包括社会环境的负面影响、学校教育的相对滞后、大学生自身素质作用等.因此,必须在大学生思想政治教育中加强法治教育,逐步促使大学生培养和提升法治理念,自觉履行和践行法治行为.
